These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of ESS Freight LLC's ("ESS Freight," "we," "us," or "our") website, services, and communications, including SMS/text messaging. By using our services or opting in to receive text messages, you agree to these Terms.
ESS Freight is a licensed freight brokerage that arranges the transportation of goods between shippers and carriers. We do not take possession of freight. All transportation services are provided by independent third-party carriers.
ESS Freight offers SMS/MMS notifications related to freight brokerage operations, including:
By providing your phone number and agreeing to receive text messages from ESS Freight — whether through a signed rate confirmation, carrier agreement, broker-carrier agreement, or other written or electronic consent — you authorize us to send SMS/MMS messages to the number provided.
Consent is not a condition of doing business with ESS Freight. You may choose to receive communications via phone or email instead.
Message frequency varies based on the number of active shipments and operational needs. You may receive multiple messages per week during active shipment periods.
Standard message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan.
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from ESS Freight. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you opt back in.

ESS Freight's SMS program is supported on major U.S. mobile carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your phone number and SMS opt-in information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
ESS Freight provides SMS notifications as a convenience. We are not responsible for delays, failures, or errors in message delivery caused by mobile carriers, network issues, or device limitations. SMS notifications do not replace contractual obligations outlined in rate confirmations, bills of lading, or other transportation documents.
All content on essfreight.com, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of ESS Freight LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
